Jeff Singer

Having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, Jeff made an internal move to the Transaction Services group in Spain. In total, he spent 9 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining transaction advisory and due diligence experience as a manager in both the UK and in Spain. Jeff also specialises in valuation services, of both businesses and intangibles.

Carlos Vallmitjana

Carlos started his career by reaching audit manager/director with a national firm of auditors. He then moved to the Endesa Group where he was responsible for external audit, as well as being involved in the acquisition and disposal of several group companies. Carlos then developed his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services group (M&A), gaining specialist knowledge in business transaction advisory.

Miguel Gudin

Miguel began his career in the family law firm, Gudín Abogados, in Oviedo, at which time he also worked for Asepeyo Madrid, dealing mainly with Social Security issues.

In 2000 he joined KPMG Abogados as Director of the Labour Department, providing labour advice to national and multinational companies, particularly on restructuring, labour disputes, labour due diligence, and assistance to company managers and directors.

From 2016 he has been collaborating with ILV SILVER, as head of their Labour Law Department.

Adrian Hewitt

He began his career as an auditor in the UK. He has 20 years of professional experience in audit and business advisory in Spain, much of it as Assurance Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Adrian has extensive experience in audit processes and advising multinational groups in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications work closely with several private equity investors.

Miguel Angel Arranz Alés

For 10 years until January 2005, Miguel Ángel worked as an auditor and business consultant for the multinational, Arthur Andersen (currently Deloitte), advising a range of companies of all sizes. He continues to work as a strategic, financial and organizational business consultant and specialises in advising companies in the sectors of production and distribution of electrical energy, renewable energy and ‘special regime’ energy production, in addition to the distribution, storage and water treatment sectors.

Miguel Ángel is a technical advisor to the statutory auditors of the 7th District of the Instituto Censores Jurados de Cuentas, of which he is an active member.

Steven Van Wijk

Steven has participated in valuations for national and multinational companies for over 10 years. His experience covers a range of industry sectors and valuation contexts, including valuations for tax, litigation and transaction purposes.

Steven started his career in valuations at TNT Post Group and later at PwC. He was the founding partner of Dutch Value Company and is currently Managing Partner of DVC-International, a professional services firm specialising in IP valuations. He was partner of Transfer Pricing Associates where he lead the valuations team spread across over 15 countries globally.

– Degree in Law from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands.

– MBA from the University Erasmus of Rotterdam.

– Graduate of the Dutch Registered Valuator course.

– Registered RICS valuator (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

José Martos Vallecillos

Lawyer, and civil and commercial mediator. José has performed several management roles within Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), including Managing Director of the largest Pension Fund Management company in Chile, Technology and Operations Director (CIO) of BBVA in Chile and Director of Regional Administration and Network Support in Spain. He has extensive experience in management in a multinational group, working in Barcelona, Madrid and Santiago de Chile. José qualified as a lawyer in 1983.
