Ignacio started his career with Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995. There he spent 10 years advising on complex national and international transactions, becoming a department specialist in tax planning and tax structuring advice for business transactions (M&A).

Having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, Jeff made an internal move to the Transaction Services group in Spain. In total, he spent 9 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining transaction advisory and due diligence experience as a manager in both the UK and in Spain. Jeff has wide industry sector experience, having spent most of his career working with small/medium-sized businesses in both industrial and service sectors.

Carlos started his career by reaching audit manager/director with a national firm of auditors. He then moved to the Endesa Group where he was responsible for external audit, as well as being involved in the acquisition and disposal of several group companies. Carlos then developed his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services group (M&A), gaining specialist knowledge in business transaction advisory.
