Miguel Ángel Arranz Alés

Head of the Madrid office

For the last 14 years and since the beginning of his professional career Miguel Ángel has worked as an auditor and strategic, financial and organizational business consultant. He specialises in advising companies in the sectors of production and distribution of electrical energy, renewable energy and ‘special regime’ energy production, in addition to the distribution, storage and water treatment sectors.

For 10 years until 2005, Miguel Ángel was with Arthur Anderson (currently Deloitte) as an auditor and business consultant, advising a range of companies of all sizes, but specialising in multinational energy and water treatment clients.

Luigi Ingrosso De Vittorio

Head of the Italian Desk. Tax and financial adviser

Luis Izquierdo

Luigi started his professional career in 1981 in Italy as an auditor and tax adviser in a national firm. In 1993, he moved to Barcelona since when he has continued to work as a tax and financial adviser in a number of national and international firms, including a close collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Luigi specialises in offering international tax advice to Italian companies.

Prior to joining ilv silver, Luis worked at Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 8 years in the legal department advising on a wide range of national and international business transactions. Luis specialises in Commercial and Business Law, and in legal due diligence (M&A).

Carlos Vallmitjana

Ignacio started his career with Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995. There he spent 10 years advising on complex national and international transactions, becoming a department specialist in tax planning and tax structuring advice for business transactions (M&A).

Jeff Singer

Partner in charge of international transactions

Having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, Jeff made an internal move to the Transaction Services group in Spain. In total, he spent 9 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining transaction advisory and due diligence experience as a manager in both the UK and in Spain. Jeff has wide industry sector experience, having spent most of his career working with small/medium-sized businesses in both industrial and service sectors.

Carlos Vallmitjana Ricós

Partner in charge of audit and transactions

Carlos started his career by reaching audit manager/director with a national firm of auditors. He then moved to the Endesa Group where he was responsible for external audit, as well as being involved in the acquisition and disposal of several group companies. Carlos then developed his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services group (M&A), gaining specialist knowledge in business transaction advisory.
