Daniella began her career in the Deals team at PwC Spain (Madrid) in 2009, in Valuations. She has extensive experience in a broad range of industries in the valuation of companies and intangible assets, financial modeling, preparation and review of business plans, independent experts and market analysis. In 2017, she moved to the PwC Barcelona offices and after being appointed Director in 2022, she developed her career in transaction advisory (M&A), leading processes for her clients from origination to closing. She joined ILV in January 2025 as Director of Valuations and M&A.
