Luis began his career at Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers. There he spent 8 years as a corporate legal advisor, participating in a wide range of national and international transactions. Luis specializes in commercial and business law, and M&A transactions (legal due diligence and transaction closing).
He co-founded ILV SILVER in 2004.
