Gemma has spent the first 14 years of her professional career at Big 4 firms, KPMG Abogados and Deloitte. She then became a Director in the Labour Department of Baker & McKenzie, providing advisory services to national and international companies, especially in labour disputes, restructuring processes, labour due diligence and judicial proceedings. She is an expert in advising on all types of labour and social security matters. In 2023, she joined ILV SILVER as a Partner in the Labour Department.
