Silvia began her career in a firm of employment advisors in her home town of Tarragona in 2002. In 2007 she moved to the payroll firm of the leading law firm, Cuatrecasas, in Barcelona, where she specialised in the international client portfolio. Silvia then moved to the international firm ADP Streamline, leading teams in payroll and process consultancy.

In 2020, she set up her own consulting firm for process consultancy, project and payroll management, before joining ILV SILVER as partner in 2024.
