Joaquín began his professional career in 2002 as part of the audit team at Audihispana (now Grant Thornton). In 2005, he joined KPMG Abogados in the Tax M&A department, specialising in tax advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes conducting tax Due Diligence for both national and international groups as well as providing tax advice on acquisition and disposal processes and corporate restructurings.
