Marc began his professional career in 2014 in the Corporate Law department at EY Abogados. In 2015, he joined Vistra’s Corporate M&A team, where he specialized in providing corporate legal advice on the establishment and integration of international groups in Spain, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

In 2018, he joined the Legal Department at ILV SILVER, where he has built extensive experience in conducting corporate legal due diligence processes and advising on the related transactions, foreign investment in Spain, mergers, group restructurings, shareholder disputes and commercial contracting.
