Victor has 10 years of experience in ESG and social impact, advising large Spanish multinationals on their sustainability strategies and community investments.

He also has a high level of expertise in the measurement and management of social impact for companies, foundations and NGOs, through different impact measurement methodologies.

Passionate about technology, in 2015 he developed the masimpact platform, together with the MAS Business team, which supports dozens of companies and foundations in the management and measurement of their social and environmental projects.

Since January 2025, he has been the ESG Director of ILV SILVER.
