Daniella has over 15 years experience in Deal Advisory, all within a Big 4 firm.
About Daniella Hales:
Daniella has +15 years experience in Deal Advisory services helping clients generate value across a range of industries. She specialist in business and asset valuations, financial modelling and business plan reviews.
Daniella has also developed a role in M&A, leveraging her valuation experience to offer her clients an independent view on various aspects of the deal and impact on value (DD findings, impact of contingencies, scenario analysis for negotiations, etc.), acting as a trusted advisor from deal origination through to closing.
Daniella’s career to date shows her commitment to excellence, collaborative approach and solid foundation in valuations. She is passionate about helping businesses to grow and achieve their strategic goals through well-executed deals and sound financial advice.
